I make four resolutions, or goals, to accomplish each year. Some years I make it with all of them, some years I don`t. Usually two are easy and two are hard.

I make a word, or phrase, of how I plan to be for the year and this year I have chosen "Thrive" because this is the first year of the next half of my life, a new beginning and a new me.

Here are my 2020 resolutions :

1 - Publish A Book

October has been a busy month and at one point I took off two weeks from writing and being online.

In one day I did write several chapters on one of the books and another couple of pages for another.

I am moving forward with the publishing because I do have a book ready.

100% working on this as I write this.

2 - Make New Friends

I have met SO many new people but I have to say that I would not be friends with any of those people, we don`t have anything in common at all. However, I think I have a stronger bond with my old and new friends of this year.

50% - 50% for this one.

3 - New Job/Career

I let God lead me and this is one section of life I know he controls all the time because when I want to change, he gives me more of what I already do.

So......

No new career but I am learning new trades, or how do I say this? I am learning how to do more things that makes what I already do for a living easier, maybe that is how to explain my life right now in the job and career area.

50% -50% on this one.

4 - Take A Vacation

Okay, I did take one in July and was the best one EVER!

No I did not go on a vacation in October and the reason was work.

I have planned a couple day trips for November and who knows, I might get a week off to go away and explore.

100% No.

There ya go, that shows how life works, sometimes you get good months with plenty of accomplishments toward your years resolutions/goals and sometimes you don`t.

There are 2 months left in this fabulous year of 2020, Let`s see what  life has for me.

How are you doing with the 2020 resolutions?
